The Institute of Estate Agents (IEA) is a professional body for licensed real estate practitioners in Singapore regardless one is a RES or a KEO. Established in 1998, the Institute has continued to engage its members with activities to provide entry courses, continuing professional development training, and both physical and virtual events to update and enhance the skills and knowledge of its members.
Needless to say, the Institution's 2 main pillars are to maintain and rise the ethical standards of its members to promote honesty and integrity, and the other pillar is to always act professionally, and protect the consumers. Additionally, the Institute works closely with the government and other relevant organizations to provide support and representation for the industry.
